Vendors are the heart of every event I host.
I’m committed to clear communication, simple contracts, and a smooth welcoming experience from setup to pack‑up.
Many of our events also support local fundraisers, our vendors love being part of something that gives back to the community.
A warm welcome to all makers, creators, and small businesses. Below is a selection of 2026 events hosted or supported by Adirondack Gatherings. Each listing notes whether the event is hosted by us or if we are assisting another organization by collecting and forwarding vendor applications.

✨ Adirondack Summer Nights
A brand‑new evening market is coming to Hadley Park this summer/fall — all depending on interest.
We’re finalizing the details now, including a DJ, dancing, glowing tents, and that magical Adirondack evening vibe you all love.
Insurance: Some events require vendor insurance (noted in the event listing).
Permits: Outdoor events may require town or county permits.
Indoor vs. Outdoor: Space varies by event; I always try to book venues with an outdoor pavilion.
