ABOUT ME:
I’m Jacquie, the founder of Adirondack Gatherings. I moved to Lake Luzerne in 1989 from Rhode Island and met my husband, and together we’ve built a life rooted in family, friendship, and gratitude for both the blessings and the struggles that shape us.
My love for creating and connecting started over 20 years ago when I began making themed gift baskets through my church. That grew into All Things Ribboned — and eventually into Adirondack Gatherings.
The time I spent as a vendor shaped everything I do now.
Some events were busy, some were slow, some booths were tiny — but I always walked away with more than money or hours worked. I met vendors who became real friends, shared laughs, people‑watched, and appreciated every compliment on my items, even when someone didn’t buy a thing.
Those experiences taught me what vendors need, what they value, and how important it is to feel seen and supported.
